Responding to a growing market for contract winemaking, Mt Shadforth Contract Crush was established in 2006 as a state-of-the-art facility with capacity to process up to 1,000 tonnes of fruit, and is the only sparkling-focused contract winemaking facility in the Great Southern region.
Boasting an array of traditional and new-world winemaking equipment and processes, the winery provides both the facilities and expertise to produce award-winning wines for local and national growers with an established client base ranging from small local growers to high profile national brands.
